Centrally located rooms at a great price. neat, clean and just as agreed. And Alessandro is an excellent host who would come with good advice and guidance. Next time I go to Rome, it will be my first choice of rooms again.

This place first seems a bit far off the city center, but is really a nice place to live! The city core is just a 10 min walk away and there are a lot of views just a couple of minutes walking. Bear in mind that though, that this is not the place you want to live if you want...

Young married couple enjoying honeymoon tour, we found this hostel to be wonderfully located, clean and comfortable. Close to major bus routes to help explore the city and the Vatican. Many restaurants nearby as well. Staff are pleasant and friendly. This place is fantastic value for any stay.

Great place. Great attentions. This is your place if you want to feel Rome in your stay. Alessandro picked us up at the airport with reasonable price, he was friendly and provided info of Rome. It was a nice and clean room with wifi, air conditioned and breakfast, it is only 15 mins walk to Spanish steps. Will definitely recommend it to my friend.

The room was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great and the location was awesome. We were a 20 minute walk from the Vatican, 20 minutes from the Spanish Steps and about a half hour from the Colosseum.

Stayed for 9 nights, the trip was part work but I arrived over the New Year and wanted to spend my stay in a homely b&b rather than a hotel. Elga is a very special lady, she will do anything to make a guest feel welcome, and she really made me feel welcome. I also need to thank her team;...

We stayed here for three days in July 2014, and would happily have stayed longer. All the rooms were individually and stylishly decorated and en-suite. The breakfast is delivered to your room each morning and is impressive. Excellent advice was given about where to eat locally. Nice and relaxing place in a busy city.We would go back again!!

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“For extra moving around space and true feel of apartment living as a Rome citizen, request and book the Superior Queen. This room has also a fabulous leather loveseat that pulls out as a bed, two giant sets of Windows to let light and fresh air in, and a double size wardrobe to hang your clothes. It faces the street with wonderful buildings around and not noisy, just typical city sounds of street cleaning and deliveries. All rooms are on 4th floor but the elevator is large for city standards is very reliable.”
