We slept here one night. It is a small b&b located in a residencial building. The area is not a very toyristic area. It is run by a family who treat you very kindly and friendly. Each room is decorated differently and very originally. They offer different kinds of breakfast, upon your request.

So as the title of this review will suggest.... My partner and I booked a double room for us and a single for our friend to stay in for 1 night in July 2015. After getting an email from them to ask us of our arrival time we notified them straight away the time and that we were arriving via...

Beautiful rooms and great location! Very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for us. Location is very good. Not really in the centre, but it took 5 minutes to walk to the metro and get the tube right there. The metro was €1.50 each or free with a Roma Pass, and there were plenty of tubes to get on. Great communication...

My wife and I stayed in Caos Calmo B&B for 4nights, from the reservation to check-in, to the services provided to check-out, everything blew our mind, the team at Caos Calmo are very responsive, they make you feel at home and are dedicated and devoted to making each guest’s stay comfortable and memorable. The B&B itself is an artistic beauty,...

POSITIVES: If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the...

We stayed at the Caos Calmo for 2 nights during our vacation in Rome and it was just perfect. I had contacted the B&B in advance (as we arrived at 10pm), very quick and kind replies, they even offered to pick us up from Tiburtina station. From Tiburtina max. 10 mins by feet, they have 4 rooms and a nice...

Location: Abt 10mins walk from Tiburtina Station. With the bus terminal on your right, climb up the hill & turn left. Walk towards the traffic light and cross the road. Enter the street & the B&B is beside a bar. There's a Italian restaurant opposite which serves really authentic pizza & tiramisu, try it! Room: Clean, modern & spacious! There...

Situated in a quiet and normally looking residential apartment building about 6.5 km from the Vatican. But the surprise really is inside Caos Calmo. It is a 4-room Bed & Breakfast with chic, modern, clean and nicely finished interiors. I can say that the rooms are far better than other 4 star hotels that I know and are more comparable...

I don't usually write reviews for places I have visited, or hotels I've stayed in. But for this one, I feel that I have to. Caos Calmo is a B & B with a room comparable to some 4* and 5* hotels. Rooms are modern and well thought of. It is equipped with every bit of things that you might...
