I went to Rome last week for my sister's 18th, three girls. The location of this hotel is perfect, so close to the main central station and loads of restaurants around the hotel and coffee shops and a tram line. The hotel was up a big flight of stairs (no fun in 35 degree heat!) but overall was nice, the...

Very close to central train station, great quick check in, good wifi. Perfect for us as we arrived via train late and we were catching a train to airport early. Hotel only a few blocks from the station - perfect location. Not an issue for us but it looked like you had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to...

This is my first priority choice for hotels in this area. A simple hotel, nothing extraordinary, but what you get is good and sufficient. Clean room, good bed, high security, ok breakfast buffet, nice employees. Only minus, you must walk about ten steps upwards to enter the elevator, so if you can't walk stairs, you must go somewhere else.

The facade of the hotel is ugly and there isn't any lift to go up to the first floor where the reception is located. However, the receptionist sent someone to carry our luggages to our rooms. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. It is situated near Termini station and during the night we heard a lot of noises...

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel near Termini station. Good price per night, good food for breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Close to the center, perfect to walk to Colloseum and other turistic objectives.

Every one of the staff workers was extremely nice and helpful. The vallet/bellman Shawn Ramos went above and beyond for us in helping us with our things and even giving us a list of things we could do for the evening and recommended the best mexican food I've ever had! He even helped us get to where we wanted to...

I'm interested in the archeological and art treasures of Rome and being close to Termini station, you can use the metro or other trains to many areas. I did day trip to Tivoli to Hadrian's villa and.as for Rome, I opted to walk as it was only 20°c and many sites to see, so rhe metro was for returning at...

Perfectly clean and well maintained room and a short walk to termini station which connects you to all of rome and beyond. Breakfast selection was a little limited and some staff friendlier than others however for the price it was an excellent value stay in central rome.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
