Stayed 2 nights, Lorenzo made us feel very welcome exceptionally good on the front desk with advice on where to go and what to see. Loved the position of the Hotel so close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. A perfect spot to stay in Rome!!!

Nice hotel. Layout is vertical with no real lobby in my view. Good location, close to a lot of action and sites. Room was good size. Tv was crooked. Bathroom was small especially the shower. Paulo was nice and accommodating. Lorenzo and Vitali (receptionists) spoke good English. We would stay there again but would consider other options as there are...

My husband and I stayed here in May for 3 nights and I can't thank the staff enough. When we arrived we were very kindly greeted and shown to our room as well as given a map about where to find everything we needed to start our trip. On the day we left we weren't flying out until 10pm and...

Nice little hotel that does it job. Both the room and the shower tub are a bit tiny but it is the same with most other hotels in Rome. Anyway, we only need a nice bed after a full day of activities so it doesn't bother us at all. Breakfast is okay except that you only get cappuccino from a...

Thanks Lorenzo, he goes above and beyond! Room was large, but had twin beds with trundles under them. Bathroom was large, but the shower faces the wrong direction. Very clean and the garbage people pick up at 4 am! Pillows were a little hard. I would recommend the Antica as an overall good value and excellent location. The shuttle service...

this hotel is very rustic hotel in an amazing location. Very close to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Lots of restaurants and bars walking distance to this hotel. The rooms are a little outdated, but very clean. Highly recommend for location.

Never got to go to this hotel as got an email 2 days before arrival saying they had double booked. Not very good. Walked past it and was close to trevi fountain but on a noisy busy street. We were lucky and ended up staying in a beautiful hotel not too far away

While the location is certainly easy for access to the metro and walking to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, the rest of the hotel makes me wonder about the 4-star rating. Other than Lorenzo, the rest of the staff seemed more put out than happy to see the guests when we (or others) came to the desk with questions...

While this place was not terrible I cant say it was great either. Location is great for walking to main attractions but if you are looking for nothing more than a place to shower and sleep its ok. Staff are helpful to a degree but twice recommended terrible restaurants. They also refused to let me pay city tax with a...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
