This hotel is excellent. Our room was not only big, attractive, and squeaky clean, but the location is outstanding--walking distance to the Colosseum and shopping. And the service is the best! Fast and friendly.

I cannot say enough for the staff at this bed & breakfast! Magdalena and Mariangela were so sweet and accommodating! We would have been lost w/o Magdalena help and answering a multitude of questions upon our arrival! The 4th floor was a bit of a surprise, especially when the

We had a wonderful stay at Relais Frattina. The location is absolutely great. Most of Rome's most famous landmarks (Fountain of Trevi, the Vatican, the Collosseum and Palatine Hill, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna etc.) are within a 30 minutes walk, sometime much shorter than

We loved this little hotel, on the 4th floor of a building. It is well located and in walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Fountain of Trevi, the Colosseum, and a long walk to the Vatican. It is right off a main street where in the evening there are lots of people strolling.

Beautiful marble step up from room to balcony.
Abundance of shopping right outside the door & for blocks & blocks!
If you give them notice, the staff will definitely arrange a taxi for you! We didn't ask them to do that and were lucky enough to get one by chance. There is a taxi location nearby. But arranging for one ahead of time would be much less stressful!

I booked online, directly at the hotel website and upon completion of the information w/ credit card to hold, I was given a date that I could cancel by w/o fee, I think it was a week before. If you book through another party and not directly through the hotel website, there will likely be 2 prices shown for each room. One price is usually lower but you are locked in. The higher price gives you cancellation privileges and may include the breakfast. Hope this helps!
