Hotel Silva is a nicely renovated hotel. The rooms are good sized and the bathrooms average, although ours had the addition of a bidet. Located near the Bologna Metro station. Our best memory of this Hotel will be Hassan. He was very attentive and offered terrific service. You might want to ask for a room on the opposite side of...

I think this is the worst possible hotel there is. The extirior is nice and lobby looks good. But that's it . The rooms are tiny , old , extremly dark (no windows), bathroom is horrible and the reception lady \ owner was also very unpleasent. Just avoid it if you have an option.

But it is not OK! Load , insect , dirty bedroom are the bad points. Wifi connection is good , 4 mb/s downloading speed. Reasonable price . All in if you wanna come here as tourist , it is not good at all. But , for doing your work for some days is not bad. 4 euro you have to...

The worst hotel ever, you will never get more disappointed than in this hotel! We've got the best room under the roof with a personal balcony which was an absolute catastrophe, smell of cats' urine never disappeared even after whole day rain. Room by itself is a total disaster, barely cleaned furniture, never washed cover on a bad, we felt...

Had to be in the area and needed a bed. So this hotel was my choice but Cause Of location. From the previous reviews I avoided the economy room but even the standard room was bad. With a window? Yes. But very tiny one. The standard room was also in the basement so it wasn't pleasant at all. The breakfast...

My wife and I were coming from Venice and Florence looking for a place in Rome to relax. We wanted a quiet and comfortable room to sleep in, and to catch up on needed rest. What we got was the exact opposite. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but that was limited to collecting the tax fees....

This hotel was recommended by a long - time rome resident. It's location is fantastic; on a quiet fragrantly leafy quiet street, eight minutes walk to bologna metro. Fifteen minutes total to colosseum. Beautiful place with large rooms. The breakfast was only sweet pastries, would have welcomed some savory. Parking can be tight but we got lucky and found a...

An excellent little family-style hotel just outside the heart of Rome. Silva has no fitness room, swimming pool, casino or barbershop, but it is clean, neat, well-located just outside the heart of Rome and within walking distance of Piazza Bologna and a bus stop with service to Piazza Venezia, the Forum and Rome’s medieval center. It has good WiFi, a...

I was severely disappointed with this hotel upon arrival. Our room was dark, small and cold (we were there in November, and the heating was not working well). The room was not very clean. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast options are extremely limited, and the breakfast room did not leave a pleasant impression. WiFi was very, very slow. The staff was...
