We have stayed the same hotel exactly a year ago (also New Year's Eve period). As you see, we returned, so it is for sure a good recomendation already :-). To summarize: 100% profi staff, very good breakfasts, convenient location (close to metro line B, good buses 38 to Termini and 80 to piazza Venezia between others), Calm and quite...

Chose this hotel as I felt I would need a break from the crowds in the centre area. Glad that I did. Short walk to the bus or metro that take you to all of the sights. Clean, comfortable and simple rooms, we didn't hear the guests next to us. Took about 45 minutes by metro and train from the...

The Hotel Mercure Corso Trieste is located North of the city in a residential area. The metro station S. Agnese in 10 minutes walking. The subway line leads directly to the Coliseum. The advantage of staying in the outskirt is the more affordable price level in the hotel compared to those situated in the tourist area of Rome. The hotel...

The hotel is located about 4 kilometres out of the historic centre of Rome but in many ways that is a bonus. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Metro and there are lots of very good quality/value restaurants (aimed at locals rather than tourists) in the immediate vicinity. (ask for suggestions at reception) The rooms are in...

The title is the summary of a well Managed hotel. The reception with Sergio was a great welcome point. The room is nice with mini fridge and a good size bathroom comparing with the Ibis we have stayed lately. The Full breakfast (€10 if you pay upfront) is wonderful including bacon and eggs (my favourites).

Value for money, nice terace and professional staff. Room is classic with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Metro station is located at 5 minutes by walk and you can access the historical city center in 10 minutes. However no lot of restaurant and ambiance around.

So close to the good things of Rome (and they are really good) and so far from the crowded places and noisy traffic. Very friendly people, wide and spacious rooms, very clean, amazing breakfast, very good wifi. If you are in Rome and after an exhausting day you need a peaceful place to rest, I would say that's the place!
