Well I don't know where to start, no air condition no TV no service no hi-fi , the worst dirty rooms . I paid € 70for one night. Nothing worked I called down to the reception to fix it nothing happened, please don't spend more than five dollars for that hotel, if not you'll be sorry .

Hotel is located very far from the city centre. Rooms are very dirty. (walls, floors and windows) For breakfast you get one croissant, and butter and marmalade. Airport is somewhere near, so it can be very noisy. Wi fi only in the lobby, if you want wi fi in your room, you have to pay, and sometimes it doesen't work.

Hotel Customer Service at it's best Haven't been to a hotel previously with a more friendlier and happier staff. They just make you feel very welcome. Hotel offers great value. The hotel is far from central Rome, near the train station and in a bit of a dodgy side of town; hookers outside. But beside that the staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. Rooms are decorated in vibrant colours, but did not look all that bad. Could hear the other people above and next to us, rooms...

Rooms are very worn and small. Lots of mosquitos. Reception was polite, but doesn't make up for the state of the hotel. No free wi-fi in rooms. Moderate breakfast. In a very isolated area. Would not go again.

The hotel was recommended to us by a close friend who travelled to Rome approximately 4 years ago and made it sound wonderfully promising in terms of "romance in Rome on a budget". When we arrived there this summer, it seemed to us that not only it really WAS very elegant and clean but the services have improved significantly, too....
