These are adequate well located rooms. They are very clean, beds were great, breakfast was okay & they even left us a small kettle after the first night. There was room for improvement which would have scored them a better than average. Little things that really should have been fixed, like the bedroom window, which meant there was a lot...

We were left standing outside in the rain waiting for someone to come let us in. There is no reception. Basically they are renting out an apartment in a residential area. The place was ok, but quite run down. Most of the windows were broken, They either wouldn't open or the ones that did would half fall off the walls...

Two days before our reservation date we emailed the hotel to tell them that we would arrive between seven to 9:30 PM. We received a response that that was no problem and that it had been noted. We arrived promptly at 7 PM to ring the doorbell, bang on the door of what looked like and is an apartment complex...

I really don't know what to say about this place. I had booked this place for our last night in Europe. I had been in Rome 2 days before that day and had stayed near the Termini station and that hotel was great. Then we had a made a trip to Naples before coming back to Rome for a night...

Firstly, the room itself was very nice. Air con worked great (its was super hot that week in Rome), shower was good and the wifi was also good. Almost impossible for us, as we didnt have a SIM card, to contact them from the airport, saying that we would arrive at X time. Luckily we made some friends on the...

I am so appalled by this experience, I am not quite sure where to start. I booked this accommodation for my husband's 30th Birthday for a four night stay in Rome with two of our friends. Booking.com and trip advisor both displayed beautiful pictures, and the reviews on the whole were fab when I booked back in January, as was...

The location of the place is just a few steps from Colloseum, walking distance to restaurants and the city center. The rest is just horroble. 1) breakfast - you get it one day in advance, it is a croissant in a plastic bag and a juice 2) we arrived around midnight and were asked to pay €30 for late check...

We stayed for 3 nights. The location of this hotel is quite good, it is like 5-10 minutes to walk to Collesseum, the street is quite nice as well. Good WI-FI in the room. Room was quite clean and good. However the water in the shower was quite cold, it seemed it was ending, there were no blankets and the...

Where do I start. We booked 2 nights from 7th to 9th May in the "Deluxe Spa Suite". Due to a fire the the FCO airport in Rome on the day we were due to arrive, resulting in the international terminal closing, our connecting flight from London to Rome was cancelled. We had an 11 hour wait in Heathrow, before...

Stayed three nights here and was very happy with the standard of the room and location. The room was very clean and modern, and had inclusive wifi which was consistently strong. Alessandra was very helpful also. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome
