I stayed in Residenza Zanardelli in Rome just off Piazza Navona at the end of August. The location is fabulous for those who want to stay in the historic city center. It is just down the street from the bridge that crosses over to Castel S. Angelo, and removed just enough from Piazza Navona as to be quiet and tranquil....

This was such a great find. Location of the hotel was perfect. Bus stop is located right in front of the hotel and taxi station was right around the corner. Piazza novona was just a few minutes walk with amazing restaurants in every corner. Also nearby is the Vatican, Pantheon and campo de fiori. Staff was amazing and very accommodating....

We first visited Residence Zanardelli in 2001 as a couple and were looking forward to returning as a family. We were not disappointed at all, if anything the already high standards are now even better. The location is perfect for exploring the sights of Rome, as others have said it is only a minute from the Piazza Navona, a short...

Residenza Zanardelli is an intimate and small hotel with a great location. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We even got a free bottle of wine for the room. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked like as charm as well. Nothing negative to note after our stay...

The building itself is attractive, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful (when we had to leave early for a day tour or to get to the airport, he provided pastries for us even though it was considerably before the official breakfast time), the bed was comfortable. The location is terrific - the Piazza Navona is...

It's a great location, a block from the Tiber River bridge with the "Angels and Demons" view of St. Peters, 2 blocks from Piazza Navona, four blocks from the Pantheon. It's a small B&B in an apartment in a larger apartment building. I am always impressed how effectively staffed it is considering it's such a small location. The young fellow...

I gladly recommend Residenza Zanardelli to anyone who wants a small, personal, centrally-located hotel in Rome. The location can't be beat!!! Steps away from Vatican, Tiber, Piazza Navona, etc.. Great breakfast of yogurt, pastries, eggs, ham, cheese, cereal...all you could want. Siddik (the only staff person we saw) took care of everything. Providing directions, getting us a cab, suggesting a...
