The hotel has large rooms with updated bathroom. It is perfectly situated in the center of Rome. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful - I would highly recommend to couples and families. They added a bed for my son to the room and it was large enough that we did not feel cramped at all.

A small, pleasant hotel, only seven rooms, conveniently located for many of Rome's major attractions. The room was comfortable and a good size, the shower one of the best I've used. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

More of a pensione as the Residenza is a section of an old mansion. Small and cozy...7 rooms I believe. Mike/Saadiq did us a great favor by putting our two girls in an adjacent connected room, to offer more privacy. I will add that customer service was top notch. Its not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price/location/service you cannot...

Great location, great service, very clean and comfortable room. This small hotel is a hidden gem set on a main road but in a lovely apartment block. The room, although compact, had everything you need and the level of cleanliness was excellent. The free wifi is an added bonus!

We're just back from a lovely 3 night stay in this hotel. This is not your typical hotel however, it is like an apartment block. On entering the apartment block you must go up 1 flight of stairs before turning into a doorway which leads you to believe you are entering an apartment. On entering there is a small corridor...

My sister and I stayed at Residenza Zanardelli for three nights in early January. This is my second wonderful stay at this intimate boutique hotel. The rooms have been recently remodeled with comfortable beds and upscale linens, lovely furnishings, and small but luxuriously finished bathrooms. The staff provide excellent customer service - they are accommodating and helpful, arranging for airport...

I booked this hotel to have a comfortable base from which to experience Rome and it was absolutely ideal. Firstly, the location is perfect, €10 from Termini in a taxi and then within easy walking distance of the Vatican, Coliseum / Forum, Via del Corso and everything in between. It is also very close to some excellent restaurants. Secondly, it...

This is not a hotel! It's a residential. What comes with this residential is around 4 or 5 rooms and a breakfast room which can fit 6 people overall (no hot food by the way and very poor breakfast!).
