Anna and her team made us feel so welcome. They are located in a really beautiful neighbourhood and you felt like you were staying with friends and was able to experience Rome as a visiting friend not a tourist. The rooms are well appointed, great wifi, very clean and lovely decor. The big plus is the super market right next...

Honey Rooms was wonderful in every way--clean, very pleasant accommodations, and an extremely, extremely nice and helpful staff. It's a perfect base to travel to various points in Rome. It's a very personal, friendly place in a way that's often uncommon in the United States.

We stayed in Honey Rooms at the beginning of May 2013. We were impressed. It is very clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet apartment building in the Trastevere region of Rome. Although it is a bit of walk from the main part of Trastevere, it is a 10-15 minute walk to Trastevere Rail Station. The Quatre Venti...

Our family of four spent a week in Rome this past August (2012) and friends who live in Rome reccommended Honey Rooms. It was an excellent choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and air conditioned - a must for Rome in the summer. The breakfast was ample and satisfying - feuling us for the day ahead. The establishment was...

I recently stayed at the Honey Rooms and it was great! Rooms are very nice and clean, they have very comfortable beds, and the best part is the A/C - it was really hot when we went there. When you wake up in the morning, you have breakfast waiting for you on a table. It is very close to Trastevere...

We found Anna's Honey Rooms spacious, remodeled, comfortable and fully equiped for our needs (parents with 2 adult kids). We really felt at home, especially with access to the kitchenet. Supermarket next door, and Mariana's good restaurant around the corner. Convenient location in a quiet residential area - a walking distance from tram # 8 (10 minutes to/from city center).Most...

Staying in Monteverde

Neighbourhood Profile
Monteverde
Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is Rome’s popular "getaway" neighbourhood, coveted for its greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili, is the area's centrepiece with affordable prices and peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away from the centre to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos. Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public transport, this family-oriented area is literally a well-deserved walk in the park.
