Have just returned from a 4 night Easter break with my 20 year old daughter, hotel is immaculate and decorated in a very traditional Italian style - our twin room was just right for our stay with Jacuzzi. Location is perfect and there are a number of very good restaurants and cafes within a short distance, lovely garden terrace and...

Rooms small-but nicely decorated and sufficient if you are out sightseeing. Helpful and friendly owners. Internet worked but nothing else-tv, dvd, jacuzzi, towel rail, ac all out of order. Didn't affect us as we were out all day. On whole , pretty good basic hotel. Would go again.

Was told no thermostat in each room. Guest needs to agree with other guest when too hot or too cold. Hotel staff was very solid, with suggestions and information. Breakfast was coffee, bread, and yogurt. The hotel is very close to the roman colosseum. Beds were very hard

We stayed for a weekend, in a beautiful room, with its own little terrace garden. The place has so much character, fantastic decor, very clean, very comfortable. Roberto the owner and staff are very helpful and kind, and luckily for us, spoke very good English. If I go to Roma again, I will book Hotel Celio! The Colosseum is just...

Both my boyfriend and myself loved this hotel. Its very glamorous and all the curtains and drapes match the decor perfectly. Our room was a little on the small side and the bathroom was literally just a cupboard with a shower. But.. thats all we needed it for so we were happy enough. The room was air conditioned but unfortunately...

The hotel is in an excellent location, 2 minute walk from the Colosseum. Within walking distance to all major sites, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, etc. Location is quiet, lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are clean. Our room had a patio which was very nice. "Roberto" made sure everything was perfect. Arranged for taxis when...

This hotel is in a good location right by the Coliseum and the people who operate it are as friendly and helpful as could be. The location is also very quiet. The breakfast, which is included, was quite good too. The rooms, however, need updating. The shower was beyond small, the beds were hard, the rugs worn and I can't...

Everything was great. Good bed, clean bathroom. Our room had a little private patio that we didn't use but was nice. Air conditioning (that we didn't have control of) was about right for the heat of Rome. 1 1/2 blocks to Coloseum and Forum. On a safe street. The Celio serves a very nice breakfast. Sort of an upscale continental...
