We were 3 friends from Denmark staying at the Arenula. Hotel is well-situated - the hotel and its rooms are basic but clean and well worth the reasonable price for the location. Some guests were unaware that they needed to reserve a half-hour breakfast slot. Others arrived later than their slot and/or stayed too long. Considering the limited space -...

We stayed here for 2 nights in February 2011, it is basic but comfortable and in great location near to everywhere you want to see. Once arriving at the airport, it was really easy and cheap to get a train to the centre It did take us ages to find this hotel by foot, but was due to us arriving...

We stayed 6 nights and had a wonderful time....everything (except the Vatican) within easy walking distance. The front desk was very helpful with all my many questions. Our room was large with 2 windows and the entire hotel very clean. The lovely ladies at breakfast always had big smiles for us as they made our coffee! Would definately stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at the Arenula - and had a nice stay. The location is just fantastic with very short distances to Campe de Fiori, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Piazza Venezia. Morning breakfast is a bit of a hustle - but taken into consideration the number of romms - the system with prebooking is better than having 50 persons...

The Arnula is centrally located in Rome's most interesting neighborhood - two black from the Tiber, five blocks from the Pantheon, six from the Piazza Navona - and so extremely convenient. It is also well run, clean, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Because it lacks an elevator, it cannot charge high prices. If you don't mind stairs, this...

The Arenula Hotel is just minutes from Campo de' Fiore, The Pantheon and Piazza Navona. With convenient bus service to the train station and other parts of the city, it is my choice location. This is definitely a budget hotel with an entrance up a flight of stairs in an older building and larger rooms up another flight or two....

The location of this Hotel was nice because it was central to the major sites (Vatican, museums, major sites). It was about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station which was far with our bags. However, everything in Rome is far :). The room was average but did have a lot of space to hang or put away your...

This is a small hotel, near the Tiberina Island, and trastevere, the location is nice, you have nice restaurants in "portico" street. Good value, large rooms...Quiet. negative aspects are: some little tasty breakfast

This hotel was all I expected...no elevator, medium priced, small rooms, clean and comfortable. Could have not asked for a better location. However I did not expect to be treated with "distain, rudeness and unfriendly clerks at the reception desk. I stayed 5 nights and still couldn't warm up to them, even though I tried to always say "good morning...
