We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed it...it is not a big fancy hotel, but it does have a great location, nice clean rooms, genuinely friendly staff, and reasonable rates. There is a little cafe right next door, so lunch and dinner is easy. The breakfast each morning is good, and food was fresh no matter what time... More

This little cozy hotel is absolutely great in terms of location and service. They even took care of my husband, who has celiac, and got him gluten-free goods. The staff was super helpful and accommodating.

We loved the location right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Then there was the lovely breakfast room on the roof. Another perk, coffee & tea available free all day. Free mini-bar? Huh? Yes,it's true and they re-stock it daily!Sweet rooms classically decorated. CLEAN. Quiet. And then there's the staff. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted.... More

Right on top of the Spanish Steps and close to shopping/main attractions. Lovely little boutique hotel where the owner, Fabrizio (and his brother) know everything that goes on. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was rather small, as expected in most European hotels, but clean, and the friendly atmosphere made us very happy. Breakfast was decent; coffee and tea available... More

Given its location at the top of the Spanish Steps, this delightful hotel is inconspicuous and surprisingly peaceful - a welcoming haven after the business of exploring the magnificence of Rome. Ideally located within 2 minutes walk of Spagna Metro Station, and within easy walking distance of many of Rome's key attractions, including Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The staff were... More

I stayed at this establishment for two nights while on a business trip. I was upgraded upon arrival to a superior room which was not however in the main building but accessible from an entrance to an adjacent block of apartments which diminished the hotel feel. However the room was very nice and comfortable having a modern new feel to... More

My family of five (two adults and three teenagers) stayed at this lovely, boutique hotel next to the Spanish Steps in Rome in August 2016. We were very happy with the hotel and its location. Two teenagers stayed in their own room in the main hotel and my husband and I and out other teenager stayed in a very large... More

We stayed in the junior suite which is in an adjoining building to the main hotel. The suite was very modern and updated. The hotel is in a perfect spot right next to the Spanish Steps. Nice breakfast buffet. The manager of the hotel was wonderful and provided us with extremely helpful information regarding traveling to the next destination, Nocelle.
