On our trip we chose to stay at a number of abbeys and monasteries for a different experience. Of all of these Villa Irlanda was my favourite.

No but you don't need one! Lots of lovely places around for wine and prosecco. We bought bottles in the supermarket and brought it back with us, lovely and relaxing in the evening out in the beautiful garden.
