Forget taxis and airport transfers - if you fly into Fumicino and take the Leonardo Express (€14 one way) to Roma Termini (the main train station in Rome) you will be only a few hundred meters from this hotel. The staff at the front desk are friendly and speak English fluently. They are also happy to let you practice your...

If you want a hotel close to Roma Termini train station, then this is one choice. Very close (across the road) yet kept away from the frantic pace of Termini. On Via Marsala, a major tourist hub for hop-on hop-off city tour buses and offering a close proximity to many popular sights: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Villa Borghese, etc....

This hotel was extremely convenient for access to the train and bus system and was about 30 minutes walking to the main areas of Rome. It was a little dodgy around the train station and there were not many nice restaurants or bars near the hotel. Overall, it will save you money and let you explore Rome but have your...

Staff was helpful, no issues, and quite a good breakfast also with egg, which is not always on the menu in Italy. Room (and hotel) all modernised I guess in the last few years - so looks good. Internet good, basically all was fine. Price decent too. Plus its near Termini and the metro so easy to get about.

This hotel is very convenient to Roma Termini railway station. The room was small and when we asked to leave some lugguage there for only a few hours the request was denied. I wouldn't stay there again

Situated right across Roma Termini, Hotel Aphrodite is an ideal choice for all travelers simply because of its access to Rome and Italy's transport system. The rooms are small and cramped and the amenities are very basic. Free wifi needs to be improved in terms of signal boosting. Breakfast buffet could also use some imagination and improvement. Take advantage of...

I loved my stay at Aphrodite! The room was clean and recently refurbished, very comfortable, and all the staff very friendly. The location is perfect: close to the train station and the metro, few steps from the lively neighborhood Rione Monti. They also provide amazing small group tours of the main attractions. Recommended!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel almost a week in 2 rooms on the second floor. Our impression from the hotel: first of all it has one huge advantage - it is located just near the railway station Termini, 5 minutes and you are inside of the station. Also the interior of the hotel is quite nice, the...
