Mine and my partners first holiday together and decided on a sight seeing trip to Rome so hotel only needed to be a base really. As a base acted really well, relatively close to travel links, metro, bus etc. Comfy beds and nice range of restaurants nearby. Also if you like walking and knew your way you could even walk...

I was almost dreading going here after reading some of the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms are a bit tired but clean sheets and towels and comfortable bed for the night. The room was cleaned everyday and the reception and buffet breakfast area were nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was good - continental style with quite a...

We stayed for 8 nights and found the staff to be polite and helpful in every way. The rooms were a bit worn, esp. The rugs and walls. The brealfast buffet was sufficient, but not great in any way. The WIFI worked perfectly and fast, as did the AC in the rooms and common areas. There were several bus stops...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from the 28th July to celebrate my parents 40th Wedding anniversary. Ignore the bad reviews as it is not as bad as everyone makes out. OK it is not a 4* in my opinion, but is certainly a decent 2-3*. I found the staff to be polite and friendly. We were given...

Stayed here for 4 nights from 15/07/16. The entrance foyer and dining area are lovely and give a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rooms do NOT live up to the same standard. Lights hanging off walls, dirty rotten carpet which had crisps all over it from the previous guests. 1970's Tv which has one channel with really bad reception. A...

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It was a buffet and there was plenty to eat but exactly the same every day. My room had a balcony which initially I thought was great but one day a large block of concrete from the balcony above landed on mine. When I told the desk they just said...

My wife and I stayed four nights and benefited from having a balcony. The room was small but clean. The toilet/shower room was a bit tired. The breakfast was pretty good, continental style but all fresh. The hotel wasn't as central as some others but we were still able to visit all of Romes main attractions on foot. Having a...

We stayed at hotel Executive in Rome for 3 nights on 7th July 2016. It was sold to us as a 4* but it is only just a 1* . The positives first are: bedding and towels were clean but a bit ours had holes in them and the continental breakfast was adequate and most of the staff were pleasant....

We were not even supposed to be staying in this hotel, yet as we arrived at the one we had supposedly booked, the reception desk informed us there had been a mix up, and that we would be transferred to another 4* hotel just around the corner. We weren't best pleased but we're tired and didn't have much choice. Upon...
