A delegation from South Africa stayed with Hotel de Petris, under the management and ownership of Rosella De Petris. We were well catered to and the staff were friendly and professional. They made very effort to be responsive to our unique needs for meetings, etc. The location is perfect being just a few moments walk from the Trevi fountain, shops...

Do not believe what you see on the website. This hotel is outdated and poor quality. Staff not friendly. The breakfast is very basic and poor all cold food. Call the hotel ahead and confirm you want a room in the new wing of the hosp

As a experienced and heavy traveller, i think a good bed, a good shower and now good wifi is key to a good stay. This hotel has all of these, but on the very average side. Two singles beds pushed together doesn't make a double/large bed and being rock hard doesn't help to get a good sleep, a shower head...

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights on what was supposed to be our honeymoon. We decided that due to limited time to go away we'd book up somewhere that we hadn't been before and travel the next day. We usually book our trips ourselves but due to the short time frame to organise it decided to go...

Dear Guest, We are very sorry for your bad experience during your honeymoon trip. Sorry you did not like the standard double room. Honestly we think that each client has his own taste as we have many clients who really like that room...In any case when it is possible we are more than glad to accomplish our clients requests...This is...

Perfect hotel, easy to reach with public transportation (Metro station Piazza Barberini) and located in a relatively quiet area. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. Well equipped bedrooms. Most of Rome's interesting visiting sites are within walking distance. Good and extensive breakfast on topfloor with roof terrace, although the use of a digital room keycard with the elevator to the 5th floor...

Hotel is in a great location near the Trevi fountain and in walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, squares, cafes etc. The room we had was in the main hotel and was reasonable size for 4 nights and clean. Shower temperature was a bit temperamental but wasn't too bad. Staff were happy to help and spoke English. The only negative...

This hotel is in a good location close to the main attractions in Rome.It is an easy walk to the Trevelyan fountain and a host of restaurants .We walked to the Vatican and Colleseum altough it is a fair hike. We were allocated a room in the building opposite the hotel. The hotel apparently has several rooms in this building. The rooms...

Wife and I stayed here a couple of days catching up on some things we didn't see a couple of years ago on our last visit to Rome. The fountain of Trevi was under repairs back then so we specifically looked for a small hotel close to the fountain. The location first of all is great, a couple of blocks...

I would probably describe this hotel as adequate. The staff were pleasant, the room was clean but the location is ideal. We were able to walk to all our destinations, the Vatican being the furthest walk taking about 50mins. I would recommend taking ear plugs to compensate the old stone building echoing and the neighbouring rooms shower noise.

Stayed at this hotel on Sept 7 - 9th 2016. It got 1 star because of the location which is good. It is near stores, restaurants and not far from the Trevi Fountain. Nothing else is good. We arrived and the rooms were not ready, they placed our luggage in an unlocked storage space, not happy about that. When we...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
