Stayed at this hotel for three nights last week. Staff were very helpful and friendly, towels changed each day linen changed twice during our stay. Generous bowl of fruit in room on arrival a nice addition. Ideal location for getting around, very near to Trevi fountain and hop on / off bus stop. Breakfast very good , choice of juices,...

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights when I was in Rome. And what an experience it was. For me it was the first time to travel abroad alone. Hotel Memphis is a great place to stay, but not really easy to find. It's very close to the Fontana di Trevi, but you wouldn't say. It's in a quiet...

This is not a 4 star hotel. Keep away and go to a real 4 star. Room was ugly hot, bathroom was tiny, bad design and mould in corners of bathtub - YUCK. I had to keep aircon on all night because my room was as hot as sauna in November! Breakfast is appalling. Wifi is terrible and my cell...

The hotel was located in a great location; easy walking distance to many places of Rome's top sights and a 15min walk to the main train station, but tucked away on a quiet side street that was a nice relief from the busy pace of Rome. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, staff was extremely friendly, and breakfast was...

THE GOOD 7mins to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and apart from the Vatican, which you can get by metro (2mins up the road) it's close to everything and it feels very safe. The staff are also friendly and helpful. THE NOT SO GOOD The walls are really thin so you can hear the people in the room next...

The hotel is situated very close to Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Square and Via del Corso, just in the center of Rome. However, the rooms are very small and if one guest sits at the table, the other guest cannot pass to the bathroom. The room was very well equipped and clean, but no tea or coffee facility in the...

Hotel was clean and modern. The staff very friendly. The reception staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Pierre Maria and another extremely helpful lady which I don't remember her name. They were both friendly and attended to our every need. Also the lady in the breakfast room was very lovely. The location of this hotel was great...

Location is great! Close to pubic transportation and in walking distance to several must sees. If you don't mind cramped rooms and spaces, Memphis might be your hotel. I booked a single room, something I don't usually do as I enjoy a little more space. And I regretted it the minute I walked in to the room. I had read...

This is a hotel in a location very handy in Roma. It is close to a lot of touristic attractions like the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, churches..... There is a lot of restaurants and shops in the area as well. It is a small hotel but very nice. The only thing that bothered me a little is that the dining...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
