I spent 7 days at this hotel at the beginning of May. It's probably one of the best kept secrets in Rome. The staff is extremely friendly. Thank you Luca, Davide, Alessandro and Robby for all your help. The location is difficult to beat. I can't wait to return. Grazie Mille. J. Charette Montreal, Canada

For 288 euros we had the choice of a small 4th floor noisy street facing suite that was very small for 2 persons or a bottom floor suite that was larger and adequate. We made the mistake of selecting the bottom floor suite. It had a nice patio facing the courtyard so we thought great, it's quiet....until the neighboring apartments...

A very good hotel. The location can not be beat. We ordered a room with a veranda (excecutive room) which was great (added value to the room). The shower was small and the sleeping quality was not so good (small and not comfortable bed). Excellent and helpful staff.

We arrived for a weekend in Rome at the recommendation of a friend, the hotel is located in one of the busiest shopping city streets just steps from the Piazza di Popolo. All Rome's famous tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is at an average not more and certainly not typical of such a high priced...

We traveled Italy for 9 days with our teenage sons. This hotel was our favorite by far. The location couldnt have been better. We were able to walk to many places. The hotel is a small boutique type and has a great feel. Everyone was very friendly. We had two rooms - one on the 4th floor and suite 501,...

Stayed two nights with my husband before departing on a cruise. The location is outstanding on Via Babuino between Spanish Steps and Piazza del Populo. Staff very helpful; hotel clean and quiet. Loved enjoying a drink at the end of the day on the rooftop terrace. Buffet breakfast fresh and sufficient for us. Our particular room was nicely appointed albeit...

We have now stayed at the Piranesi four times--what always captures our interest is simply how delightful this place truly is. You get to stay in the best part of Rome (two Caravaggios across the piazza), the decor is finished and elegant, the price is right (fine, go ahead, check out the place across the street--400 Euro more and all...

We stayed at the Piranesi during a very nice period for Rome (autumn - less tourists, not too hot). The hotel's location is great - right next to Piazza del Popolo, 5 mins walk from the Spanish steps (and underground). The standard rooms are small but with a good layout. The service was very friendly and helpful. We did not...

Beautiful, well-appointed hotel in a great location just off Piazza del Popolo and close to Spanish Steps. The price is excellent given the quality and location, but the rooms are VERY small (as are most European hotel rooms). We had a queen-size bed that just barely fit in the room, so we were climbing over our suitcases to move around....
