Clean, comfortable, reasonable sized room & close to Termini station. Ideal for people in transit. Small functional lift. We stayed in the annex, which was quiet. breakfast adequate, but limited. Friendly staff & good WiFi

Great location. Good food and very clean. Room is a bit small, but perfect for the money. I recommend it if you are visiting alone and want to see the city. Staff is very pleasant and helpful . ................................................

The room is not large but it has all you need. There is a heating floor in the bathroom which is great in January. The staff is friendly. What is more, the hotel is in 5 minutes by foot from Termini Railway Station and subway.

Stayed for a week Very convenient for transport. Good value for money. Clean but a bit worn round the edges. Some electrical sockets a bit odd looking. No proper drawers for clothes. The breakfast was basic but good, however the pictures make the dining room look much bigger than it is, and the fresh fruit was nowhere to be seen....

Stayed here for 5 nights, rooms small and basic but very clean. Nice, helpful staff on site. Only issue was Breakfast, it was terrible the worst continental breakfast I've ever seen. No bar as advertised either, that would have been nice after a long day sight seeing having a few beers in the hotel. Despite this the hotel is in...

This is a budget hotel but we enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are not the biggest but they function ok. Decent continental breakfast, usual things, meat, cheese, bread, pastries, a toaster oiled be a good addition. It's serve yourself with coffee from a machine but it tasted ok. It's in a decent location not...

We have just spent 3 nights at the Hotel Piemonte. Perfect location being close to Termini train station, bus station and walking distance to the main attractions of the city. Room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable and breakfast more than adequate. All very much appreciated. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants close by which is also...

Booked into this Hotel for a few days in Rome. Being a solo traveler they put me in what can only be described as the smallest matchbox of a room I have ever seen. The bathroom was tiny and I could not fit in the shower. The linen was very old and irritating to the skin. Breakfast was dismal and...

My wife and I stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights back in November 2016 as part of a city break with Jet2 Holidays to Rome. Reading some of the reviews beforehand I was a little apprehensive about what to expect but went in with an open mind. First of all the location of the Hotel is great with just...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
