Before I begin, I will say that this has no A/C, like most hostel type B&Bs. I didn't realize how hot it would be... It was 40 C when I got there and the city was so hot that I couldn't even last a night without A/C. Maybe when I was younger, but not anymore. Giacomo, the manager, was perhaps...

I've been to Rome many times but this was the first time I stayed here with Giacomo and I will definitely be back. I never wanted to leave! Great rooms, lots of space in the common area, bathrooms and kitchen and very close to everything. Metro is close, but I walk everywhere so 30-40 mins to termini is a nice...

I want to write this review to thank Giacomo for my stay. The location was convenient, it was minutes walk to subway and the bus station which takes you to Roma Termini or city centre. The whole place felt like home. I had my own room and it was supplied with a big cabinet, table to sit, tv to watch,...

We stayed only one night but found the staff went out of there way to accommodate us. Giving 5 stars based on the kind staff and especially accommodating early morning airport transfer and breakfast (before 5 am). Owner operator is present so of course he runs his business with pride. He does own 2 cats that live in building. After...

We spent one night at Zen House and I must say the staff is very help and accommodating excellent services! The owner drove us to the airport early in the morning cause our flight was at 7:00am which was so awesome of him since the metro didn't start services until later. The room was very big and comfortable the shower...

This place is just amazing! I just left the place this morning after staying 3 nights for my Easter holiday. The place is just 3 metro stops from Termini, so very easy to access even though a little bit outside. A bus stop is also very close by. The two cats are just awesome, but if you're allergic this might...

I stayed at Zen House B&B a while ago travelling with my mum and feel terrible that I have only just remembered to leave a review as this was such a lovely place. Giacomo is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. He knows the area well and gave us...

We had an AMAZING stay at Zen House. The location is good, the metro & Colloseum on walking distance (5&20 minutes), the Via Appia Antica right around the corner (such a lovely walk), supermarkets and pizzerias at the other side of the street and the place itself has everything you need, including company you wouldn't want to miss out on:...

I stayed in twin room with my friend for 6 nights, and it was amazing! The host, Giacomo is really kind and nice. He clean bathrooms everyday so it is very clean. The breakfast is good, he also provided a map of Roma, a porter service to the airport with a very reasonable price, laundry service is cheap too. And...
