Just stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Rome. The B&B is a 5 minute walk from the central train station and metro links. An ideal hub for visiting Vatican, Colosseum and the rest of Rome's sights! Check in was easy and Elena was very helpful upon arrival with information on Rome and places to eat etc. The room was...

Just go for it simply because of their excellent behaviour. I had to cancel the booking at the last moment due to some health reasons and Elena sorted the issue immediately without charging any cancellation fees. She also wished me warmly. I will definitely go there next time I am in Rome.

Me and my friend stayed in a twin room which was lovely. Great location, near metro and bus station so can get anywhere with great ease. Cafe for breakfast was lovely and great pastries! Air con worked fine in room. The owners were lovely although I didn't speak to them as my friend is Italian so did all the talking!...

The location is great, close to Termini. The landlord is very friendly...and bed is comfortable. But the breakfast (1 coffee and 1 croissant) is in a different street, cleaning is a random times (1 day after 16:00), balcony is dirty...and room is noisy.

The location was great once we figured out how to get there. It was a about a 7 minute walk from the train station. Our room was super clean and there was an air conditioner. Our only disappointment was our full size bed was a sleeper sofa and was not a very comfy one. Our boys slept in bunkbeds and...

After a grueling trip from the airport with a train that was 90 minutes late - it started raining as we walked to the B&B. Just when I was at my whit's end because we had no Euros and the currency exchange places are all ripoffs... we had to go on foot to the room. Luckily, it's very close. You'll...

A group of us went to Rome this summer and we stayed in this bed and breakfast. After searching online for the best B&B, we liked this one for couple of reasons: 1. LOCATION - Yes, you are just few blocks away from the train station if you know which entrance/exit to get from. Our first day, we were lost...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
