There is nothing pretentious about this hotel. The rooms are clean: the bathrooms small: the breakfasts are fine. The breakfast room is on the top floor which means that it is bright and airy. Not everyone will like the area. It is near to the bus and train stations which can be a convenience. However, some of the streets nearby...

Great location. The hotel is a stones throw from Termini station in Rome. The bus station that services all major tourist attractions is also located along side the rail station making this an ideal spot for a sightseeing holiday. The staff were wonderful, even upgraded us to a larger apartment around the corner from the hotel. Unsure what this apartment...

The shower !!! For goodness sake you shouldn't have to have to read a manual to work a shower. And speaking of the bathroom, there was a radiator joint poking out into space right where I put my hip at 6 o'clock in the morning. If I was an American there would've been lawsuits. I was dressing the wound for...

Usually we take in high consideration our customer reviews. But this time I don't know what to answer.... 1 th the shower: I don't know why, but sometimes some clients looks like they really need "instructions" to make an Hidromassage Shower work.... 2 the Internet wi fi: simply wi fi in the room is an "extra service", we offer like...

A small hotel a stone' s throw from the Termini . We stayed here on two occasions and were happy to return. The rooms are air conditioned which was welcomed in the extreme heat here. We had comfortable and quiet rooms with TV and small fridge . The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast is...

We booked this hotel for a 4 night stay to visit the sights of Rome. We booked with Thomas Cook and paid £700 for flights and a 4 night stay. As a 3 star rating with Thomas Cook we knew that this would not be the most romantic hotel, however it was a place to sleep and wash. The hotel...

Last visit was with party of 6 girlfriends. Was inspired by the courtesy and cool rooms to return - this time bringing my 14 year old son with me. Desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Few issues with air conditioning but staff did their very best to help.

very friendly welcome when we arrived. Room clean although a little small with 3 adults sharing, it would have been nice to have one of the rooms with terraces to give us a bit of extra space. The shower room is small but again very clean, towels chage every day.The air condtioning was fantastic after a hard day of sightseeing...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
