Hotel is well located - downtown & quiet place, about 15 - 18 minute walk to Rome Termini train station & to Colosseum; about 10 minute walk to a closest metro station where you can take the train to Vatican. The complimentary breakfast is good. Some local restaurants are nearby. The staff is friendly & helpful: gave suggestions about visits,...

Hotel Virgilio is an old, average hotel in a old neighbourhood (as most neighbourhoods are in Rome). It is clean and comfortable and the front desk attendant is friendly and helpful. The shower is only 2 feet by 2 feet square so not for large people. The location is close to public transportation and close to many tourist icons by...

It's a 3 star hotel with a good breakfast and great location. You can walk to almost every interest points in town and find very good restaurants, cafés and supermarkets around. Staff is very friendly and is comfortable enough for a pleasant stay in Rome.

The hotel is perfectly located, all the main attractions, restaurants and stores are within walking distance The staff were approachable The breakfast spread was acceptable The room and bathroom were small but clean Considering the location , this is defiantly an option worth considering. However if space matters to you than you might want to consider other options

We booked economy room so we didn't expect much. But this hotel was very positive surprise - friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, free wi-fi, very delicious buffet breakfast (crumbled eggs, bacon, wiener, yogurt, fruit salad, juice, tea, coffee and all sorts of sweet bakery)... The room was big, pretty and clean, not old-fashioned even though the house was old....

The staff here were all so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We had a very nice welcome when we arrived late at night, and the receptionist took the time to show us where we were in the map and where all of the sites in Rome are and how best to get to them all. Breakfast...

It's an ideal location for a visiting rome. Just 15 minutes walk from Roma termini. Coloseum is around 10 minutes walk as well which can lead you to different rome attractions. It has fairly good wifi signals around hotel . Rooms were clean and tidy although bit cramped for space with 3 beds. Safety locker & fridge are also provided...
