2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Had two small rooms and one bathroom. Reasonably clean. But no windows that opened. Over the 4 days we spent, we saw probably two other guests, which is odd since this was high season. Perhaps as a result, the breakfast service was poor - croissont, cheese and ham from the Carrefour Express close by,...

Yes, Piazza di Spagna Suites has direct access to the famous "Spanish Steps". I did stay for two nights only. Room and bathroom were clean and well decorated. Please be aware that even if your booking says "double room" please read it as "comfy single room". I didn't really care since I was on business trip, what only mattered was...

We stayed in these apartments for one night after a business trip in Tuscany. The apartment had two connecting bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and showers. It was decorated in a modern way but still had charm. The views over the rooftops were beautiful. Perfect location, just across from the Spanish Steps and in close proximity to some gorgeous...

I booked the apartment located couple of roads below piazza di spanga, 5 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi within the heart of historic Rome. It was on the 2nd floor (without elevator), big enough to accommodate a family of 4, with 2 bathroom and a kitchen. The design was fabulous fully harmonized with the type of the building. The...

The boutique hotel is really in front of the Spanish Steps which for me in the best location if in Rome. The hotel is very close to plenty of top tripadvisor restaurants, a supermarket, plenty of coffee shops and shopping. It is very much accessible since there is a taxi stop just at the side of the hotel. If you...

It was such a pleasure staying at this very quaint lovely boutique hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious(we had the larger room) & the bathroom was fabulous with a steam shower. Located within the Spanish Steps area. Close to Metro. Breakfast was at a very nice little bar down the street. The food was fabulous. We...

Arrived at the suites only to be told the rooms are not available. We will take you to Townhouse Spagna Suites, everything was broken, 4 sets of keys to get to your room, one pillow each, knock your head when you come in. Lasted two nights, then moved out to Hotel Isa, wonderful stylish.

Nice bed room with helpful staff made us a wonderful trip to Rome The hotel is located right on the Piazza di Spagna, with fantastic access to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and check in and out were quick. Breakfast is room service - you choose the time and the items you'd like by...

We stayed here for a few days and though at check in we were told we had gotten an upgrade, we were a bit surprised. The room is not spacious (though I don't think any hotel in that area has big rooms). To wash your hands after going to the toilet you have to walk through the shower (not very...

We stayed in this hotel's 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment a few blocks away from their main location right on Piazza di Spagna. We only stayed 1 night but would have gladly stayed here a week. The apartment itself was a block from the Corso and in the heart of the shopping area of Rome complete with many restaurants. Despite...
