I usually stay at Hotel Albani when visiting Rome as it is a very nice hotel and close to the business venue. I find the staff friendly and helpful and I particularly like the décor which is bright and unusual - quite different from most hotels. I have noticed that as a regular visitor the room I am assigned seems...

This hotel is registered as a 4 star hotel, Most likely you would have high expectation of a 4 star hotel with nice room and view, but this was not in our case. We got a small room with a hard bed to sleep on. The tv signals were very bad, almost impossible to watch something. The bathroom was ok,...

Not what we expected for four stars as advertised. Staff fairly nice but it seems they have a hard time being courteous and helpful. It's an effort and you can see not in their nature when you ask more than two questions. They should not be in the hospitality business if they don't want to be hospitable. First room we...

Our travel agent had recommended this hotel after another hotel we had stayed in before doubled the price. Our room was spacious and very nice. We had a transfer from the airport included as well as the daily buffet breakfast, fruit and wine. The buffet was quite good, only a little behind on resupplying when a rush hit. My only...

I am travelling often to Rome because of the job and I have the opportunity to stay in different hotels so I can see te changes done by hotels when I return. I was pleasantly surprised by the huge room I have received on the first floor just only for me. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the...

This is a big hotel with quite good service as you expect to receive. Positive: large rooms, large hall. Out of the touristic packed areas but still at a 30 minutes walkable distance from the Quirinale area and touristic attractions. Negative: no restaurants, expensive drinks at the bar. Bathrooms would need a refresh. Our window was on the road side and...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very clean and well layed out. Staff were efficient and helpful. The breakfast was ok ( I don't think breakfast is a big thing for the Italians.) The bar was a good place for a night cap before bed. We were about 15 min walk from the bus terminal. I would...
