The location was great. The nearby old town was charming, and the people were friendly and helpful. The hotel staff, especially Mimo, went out of their way to be of service. On the departure day, we forgot our passports and other valuable items in the safe box and realized that when were at the airport. We called the hotel and...

Here for 6 nights in November 2016 and enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning an enjoyed the park across the street as well as the museums and restaurants in the neighborhoods. Also on a major bus route to the central station with buses to all of Rome.

Stayed at this hotel with Globus Italian vista tour for two nights. The bus is not able to drop you off directly at the entrance- it's about a block or so walking distance. Overall the hotel room is comfortable and fairly clean. There is no iron available though. You have to drop the actual room key with the reception each...

We had a bedroom without balcony and not overlooking the street at a very low price, but, we found the hotel very nice, quiet and conformtable. The hotel is well maintained, breakfast is delicious, with plenty of pastries and everything a full breakfast. Welcom is very warm and friendly.

I've just returned from my trip to Rome. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure of what to expect. We arrived to find a very clean and well kept hotel. Our room was a large spacious room, bathroom was a nice size and very clean. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was situated in a nice...

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was a very decent size. Possibly an issue with Italy in general, but this is not what I would expect for a 4-star hotel. Whilst it was very nice, if it were in the UK/USA for example, it may just about scrape 3 stars....

We had stayed in Albani for 3 days. The hotel was descent but not a 4-star service as shown in the website. We got a superior double room with balcony. The view from the balcony was good. There are couple of negatives. The Air Con was not functioning but since it was cold outside we had keep the balcony doors...

80 degrees outside & no AC in rooms. The lobby & common areas were cooled though. Rooms ok but odd layout & wasted space. Bathrooms adequate. Had only one window we could open for air circulation. No fans either. Is not centrally located to attractions but quieter than some others we stayed in.

Nice and renewed rooms with a very original nautical style. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very kind, always ready to satisfy customers' needs. Good and rich breakfast. I would recommend this hotel also for business trips and business meetings.
