Highly recommended! Via Condotti is the best street in Rome for sightseeing. It is next to the Spanish Steps with easy access to subway, taxi and mostly walking distance to all major sites in Rome. The hotel breakfast was awsome!

My wife and I arrived on 30th December 2016 for a three night stay in Rome. We had never visited the city before so you can imagine how keen we were to get started! A four hour flight delay didn't dampen our spirits (English fog to blame there)! Upon arrival the wonderful Andreea was a little flustered as the new...

The hotel is situated in a great place, right next door to the Spanish Steps. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and adequate. There is a roof terrace, which must great in the summer, chilly this time of year. The breakfast has a good selection, with very helpful staff, the only down side is the...

This hotel is amazing. Staff couldn't be better. We even got a free upgrade! We asked for a late check out and as it was quiet season they let us stay until 3pm with no charge. The location is the best for everything

We were recommended this hotel by British Airways and what a find. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite in the annex and our room directly over-lookied the Spanish Steps, a wonderful view especially at night with the Christmas Tree. Breakfast was served in the attached communal area and what a wonderful spread and were ably looked after by the...

Decided to take our daughters to Rome ( aged 24 & 19) as they were interested in Art & History. We wanted a central location so we could spend our 4 day break walking & exploring the treasures of Rome. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by charming, welcoming staff who readily answered all our questions. We were...

After getting dropped off in what felt like a cattle market to then walking into the door to serene comfort this hotel made the right first impression. Lovely welcome. The room and hotel really does feel like an old fashioned inn with charm. Service good throughout. Breakfast was nice, snacks in the evening also good. Will give it 5 stars...
