Great location, convenient for walking to all atractions. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to fact hotel is located next to government building, it is an extremely secure location. Close to numerous good restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and well-appointed. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is the uncomfortable beds and lack of ability to create climate control without opening the windows (would be too noisy in downtown Rome to sleep otherwise). The room is beautiful and...

We stayed at the Hotel Nazionale in Rome recently and found it was in a fantastic position for sight seeing. Close to most of the places of interest such as The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc, with the Colosseum and Forum close by too. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was Continental, it had a very...

We had a great stay at the Hotel Nazionale in Rome. The staff was very helpful, and attentive. They have a very nice breakfast included in the price, and a great bar downstairs. The location is central to everything, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain etc. Room was comfortable with a killer view of the parliament building.

This hotel is reasonably priced and an outstanding location. The staff is professional and honest. They are so honest that when we left a small tip on the table for the housekeeper she didn't take it. I had to find her and tell her we left the tip for her before she would take it. The management of this hotel...

Central location to all major sites, fabulous receptionist and included breakfast just great. It is one of the most safe hotel in Rome. We definitely will stay here on our next trip to Rome. Me and my wife had wonderful time in Rome and the hotel is a very important factor.

You just can not beat the location of this classic hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Having a Sidecar Cocktail in the Hotel Bar brought back memories of La Vita Dolce. We'll be back as we loved this hotel located less than a minute to the Pantheon

This was our fourth stay at the hotel since 2009 so we have demonstrated our loyalty and our opinion of the hotel. For some reason we were upgraded from a deluxe room to an executive room with a view of the square located on the rear side of the parliament building. The daily demonstrations were inaudible if you kept the...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
