Fantastic trip to Rome which was only made better by staying at this fantastic hotel. The location is brilliant, very central to be able to walk to most places! 10 mins from the top of the Spanish steps. The hotel helped us book a couple of tours and the service was always exceptional. This is my second visit.

My family stayed two nights at this hotel, as part of our journey in Italy. First time here, and get a good impression to this hotel. From the arrival until check-out time, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a classic european style, which is not spacious kind of hotel, but located in a very good...

Recently stayed in this hotel for our second time in Rome and unfortunately it was a major let down. Firstly the rooms are in need of refreshment and are looking tired. On the other hand the beds are comfy and allow you to sleep well but certainly nothing special. Also the breakfast was a 3 star breakfast at best, they...

Stopped here for new year 2012/13. My only advice is STAY HERE. We had a luxury room with partial city view and stopped for 3 nights. Service, rooms, food, drink and location are fantastic. A beautiful stay.

The hotel is well located to see many of the sites. Rooms are very clean and well maintain. What sets this property apart is the staff. Everyone was professional and yet very approachable. I found that made our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a elegant charm about it. I would recommend staying here as a great option.

First the price: at Euros 600 per room per night it's not cheap (we we're there early in November). But what you get is a degree of Roman luxury, in a first-class location (200 metres from the Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, and Piazza Barberini) and a mere 100 metres from Via Veneto. Best of all, though, is the service: it...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
