We were 3 woman who booked for 4 nights. Our room, as most of the other rooms, are quite dark. And a little too small for 3. We asked if it was possible to get a better room, as the one we saw on their webpage. First they said we should get it for half price, but they gave it...

Nice and clean room. Good location near the coliseum. Air condition did not work because it was "off season". We were told to open the window. The room was hot even with the window open. Too hot to sleep. The noise was too loud from businesses below that you couldn't sleep. Our room was on the 6th floor and you...

Dear eds4152017, we are very sorry for overall bad impression about the noise in your room, but the Hotel is located in a building of the ancient side, palaces are connected to each other in typical blocks that are characteristic of the old town. This has as an outcome that some rooms face the street whilst some rooms face the...

This hotel is in a great location and was very nice EXCEPT that they indicate the rooms are air conditioned BUT they are NOT air conditioned until May 1st although they are listed as air conditioned when you book. We left after the first of a three night planned stay as the room temperature was over 25 degrees all night...

We were given a room on the 5 th floor which was very very hot. We immediately reported this and were told the air- conditioning could not be switched on as it was "still winter." We were advised to "switch off the lights and open the windows" The hotel is on a busy main road and with the window open...

Nice size of room for central Rome. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard but tasty. The air conditioner is lot running this time of year so at night it got pretty warm. Sleeping with the window open kept the room cool. Except for the heavy traffic late at night I would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is conviently located a block away from the Cavour Metro stop. It is considered a "4 star" hotel but I'm not really sure what that means. The room was clean but basic. Other than a closet, there was no place to empty a suitcase and no where to put more than one suitcase other than the floor. The...

Our stay at the Grand Palatino has been fantastic, with excellent rooms in a perfect location for restaurants and easy access to major tourist sites. The staff is courteous, and the free breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms were clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. I realize that this is a city...

Sister hotel to one in Florence which we enjoyed and has very similar amenities. Spacious room with a nice bathroom and bedding accommodations. Breakfast was very good with a variety of selections. RUn away if you have a choice Good location Good breakfast buffet Worse service I have ever had. Staff was arrogant, non responsive, spoke Italian while lapping behind your back. Our several issues were addressed when they felt like it. Too many options other hotels available than to have to put up with the staff.

I stay regularly at this convenient hotel when in Rome. Last visit, I had to book an extra night on the beginning of my stay as my plans had changed.
