Okay to be fair, this hotel was beautiful. Food (breakfast) was delicious, room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Bathroom was top knotch except for the fact there was no hot water except for early morning. In June, Rome is HOT, after walking around for hours you want a nice shower before dinner. I'm sorry but a 5 star hotel...

The First Luxury Art Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. My boyfriend and I are 5 star hotel snobs in the US, and normally would have stayed at the JK Hotel in Rome, but this time we were with family and wanted something a bit more low key. Great location, 2min. from Pz. del Popolo; but also within walking distance from al mayor attractions in Rome. The entire hotel is decorated with art (paintings, photos, sculptures, etc..), staff is very helpful and the rooftop terrace is beautiful. Our room was not to big (standard deluxe room) and you might be able to hear your neighbors (no outside sounds...
