We have just returned from a four night stay at the this hotel and we got everything we paid for. However there was no acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary and despite booking the Michelin Starred Restaurant for our anniversary (see separate review) there was no room upgrade, which most others seem to have received! The deluxe rooms are OK if...

This was our last stop of 3 week Italian vacation- and our 6th hotel. This hotel has the best location for walking to the Spanish steps, shopping and the metro stop. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
