The only disadvantage of this B&B, is that the connection to the center is a crappy tram that goes through a bad area of the city. Other than that, it does only take one tram to the center, and the B&B is great. Charming clean rooms with a balcony, beautiful terrace and a very friendly host. Good value and if...

Stayed there in mid-June for 3 nights for only 180 EUR, very good value at that time of the year. Room was spacious and clean with kitchen facilities, the owner was friendly and helpful, he knows Rome inside out. Ideal if you have a car and if Rome city center is open to go by car. It also has a good tram connection but in august there were not many trams. The host was superb. It felt like we were staying at a home stay but with more privacy. For the price and quality it was an awesome deal....

Location is super far away from the city, don't fooled by tram location near by and though It is close to get a connection to the city. The tram connection from the main station of centre Rome is horrible, no air condition, smelly, old, and the people around is uneducated (almost had a fight with one of the local gang)....
