I stayed the previous night in the sister hotel, Antica Dimora Dell'Orso. For the same price, the room in Antica Dimora De Michaelis was probably nearly triple in size and much much nicer. I booked when there was a special, so EUR72 for single. I stayed in the red room on the 2nd floor with the huge painting of the...

Just back from spending 4 nights in this lovely hotel. I wanted a bit of space in the room and I definitely got it! The hotel is located right behind the Piazza Navona and is ideal for sightseeing, you can walk to almost all of the main sightseeing attractions. The room itself was essentially like a little apartment minus the...

We took a chance and book this hotel after reading reviews on TA, we were super glad we did. It is not a luxury 5 stars hotel for sure, but if you are looking for a well decorated, charming and roomy comfortable studio apartment inside a ivy clad 18th century villa this is it. We lived like locals, walking every...

The breakfast buffet is the best, sitting on the terrace with a great look at the city. The location is very near Piazza Navona and about a 15-20 minute walk from the Vatican or the Spanish steps. Trevi fountain and the Pantheon are about a 10 minute walk. Also, the hotel is very close to a Taxi stand which makes...

We stayed in this place whilst we were in Rome. The directions given to us was excellent. We just had to ring a number and a staff member came in to take us to the main hotel. The room we were allocated was a studio. This was an excellent size room. The decor of the place was excellent with lots of...

This hotel could not feel more Roman. It's a real treat. The staff were lovely, very helpful. We stayed in a family apartment which had a king size bed and a sofa bed for the kids. More than enough space for us all. Breakfast served on the roof terrace which overlooks the whole city. A real gem found by chance.

Personally, I love this hotel. Only because I love living in a museum. The decor and paintings are fabulous. I loved every minute of it. The facilities I would say are adequate and would please most. The room is spacious and the neighborhood quiet, everything is there (good air con, hot water etc...) Really, nothing bad to say but it...
