Great hotel location. Less than 5mins walk to the nearest metro station and about 10 to 15mins walk to Roma Termini! There is a lady at the level 1, not sure whether she is the guard for the whole building or what, she is quite fierce though lol! Got "scolded" by her when we first arrived cos we didnt know...

Nice hotel for budget trip. Near to all city sightsee gas. Small clean room, cleaning is every day. Really small shower, water doesn't go well. All facilities are inside such as towels, shampoo and soap, so that was good. Great staff. Breakfast includes cornflakes, croissants, cheese cubes, jam, yogurts, some cookies and fresh brewed coffee from machine. Good place for...

The hotel was on the third floor of the building. Because the elevator wasn't really up to task (max 2 people and a little bagage) we almost always had to walk up to the third floor using the stairs. When we arrived at the reception, we received a warm welcome. The reception clerk also explained us some more about how...

A comfortable stay in a cosy room. Breakfast good with ample choice. Lift ok when other users remember to close the doors hence having to walk up and down several times! Beautiful entrance to the hotel and found easily on the road.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
