The location of this hotel is great for site seeing around Rome and 10 minute walk from the Termini train station.

The Republica metro station is a couple of minutes away.

All of the staff at the hotel were helpful and polite.

We arrived early in the morning after having a stop over which meant we had not slept, we were very pleased to know our room was available and even though we had just missed breakfast we were offered coffee and pastries. Our double room was on the 1st floor of the building and so some noise from the bar below could be faintly heard. There was always hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was varied and tasty this hotel is well worth the money and I look forward to our next visit thank you

On arrival I was a little concerned. Road was incredibly busy, and the hotel appeared to be non existent ... Except for a large wooden door and a plaque on the wall. Press the top right button, and you will be granted access. Up the stairs (or use the lift) and you will be warmly welcomed!

I was travelling alone, and didn't intend spending my time in the room, so had the single room, number 8. It was perfect, not so much for the view, but it was away from the road noise.

The room was very clean, had all i needed, plus a lot I didn't.

The bed was very very comfortable and definitely needed as I walked over 70km in 5 days!!

Breakfast was continental, and plenty of it! Fresh coffee and tea brought to the table.

Local metro station was Repubblica and about a 2 minute walk up hill. I walked everywhere, but used the metro if I got tired or was in a hurry. Good shops and restaurants absolutely everywhere, cost averaged 8 to 10 euro for a pizza, 9 to 15 for pasta dishes.

The house red wine was lovely, not what I was expecting about €7 for half a litre jug

The staff in this hotel were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have done any more for me! 5 days in Rome staying here cost £278 and was worth every penny.

Definitely recommend!

We have stayed at Cortina 5 nights. We arrived before check in but as room was ready, they let us to our room a few hours before. The hotel is located a 15 min walk from the fountain and a 2 min walk to the hop on bus station. Reception staff was awesome with info and recommendations. On the last day, we were able to store our bags, as our flight was in the evening. Rome is the most gorgeous city I have ever been to and would go back in a jiff. Loved every minute of it! This hotel is a very good value for money! I definitely recommend it. Special thanks to Mr. Angelo.

Finding the entrance to the Hotel Cortina may present somewhat of a challenge, but once you find it, you will discover a little gem. Comfortable beds and friendly and helpful staff made for a very enjoyable stay, and it’s location on the Via Natzionale was perfect, the Colosseum was walkable in less than half an hour, and in the other direction the Metro and Termini station were only minutes away. Looking forward to returning in the not to distant future.

The hotel is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast choice is provided in single portions and it is plentiful enough according to the new regulations. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend this property and will surely stay here again when in Rome.

Fantastic experience at the hotel, the hospitality skills of the staff are the best I've experienced in a hotel, will take any amount of time day or night to assist you and their local knowledge was faultless. I'll be back when I return to Rome. Breakfast is nice and you are served immediately whether you have breakfast pre paid or not. Even the concierge will go the extra mile and assist you with bags up and down stairs and elevator. Short walks to some of Rome's best sites and easy to reach from main roads and Rome's major translation - very easy coming from the airport and getting day trip trains to other cities. Gave us restaurant knowledge and local ideas for our next stop in venice. I've never felt so appreciated just for being a hotel guest. Good work guys 👍

Good Hotel in Monti Neighborhood. Angelo, the owner, greeted us upon arrival the morning of April 2, and we were soon allowed into our rooms, which were very clean. Our bedrooms and baths were small and no amenities in the bath, other than soap. But for just sleeping, very acceptable. Breakfast is continental, with good coffee, croissants and other baked goods, yogurt, granola, juices. The two ladies serving were attentive and lovely. I liked this location as central to sightseeing sights. Fair room rates. I did suggest that they add tissues and body lotion to the baths. But overall, a good choice! Angelo was delightful to talk to and receptive to my suggestions.

Our last stay was our third across ten years and we've always stayed in one of the Cortina's adjoining apartments. On the last trip it was the one bedroom apartment which is very comfortable to the point that we would never think of staying anywhere else in Rome.
The Cortina is handy to the Rome metro and plenty of buses go down via Nazionale (that work so well with the 24 hour travel pass of just 7.5 euro), apart from being within walking distance of many of Rome's main attractions.
There is plenty of sitting space in the apartment, a kitchenette, separate bedroom and ensuite and all appointments are too a high standard. There is also a terrace sitting area, internal to the building but a good outside spot nonetheless to let in some fresh air, although the hot weather meant we did call on the two AC units. The wifi was solid across multi devices and the bed very comfortable.
Angelo and his team are great to deal with and happy to assit where they can as they did with a transport and restaurant bookings for us.
Highly recommend.

I liked everything about this hotel, the accommodation, the location, the breakfast (which due to the coronavirus legal restrictions was somehow limited) but still plentiful with more than the basics. Special note goes to the staff and the Management who really have deep knowledge about hospitality. Thank you and I will surely visit again.

The hotel arranged for a private car to take my family to the airport from the hotel a couple weeks ago and it was great! The driver was on time and dropped us at our terminal. The driver only accepted cash so keep that in mind. Hope that helps!

Hi there.. yes the apartment is accessible by elevator. We stayed there for four days and we didn’t need any laundry service at that point of time. But I’m sure they can find the solution for you, the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hope you have a pleasant stay in Rome!

They offered us to arrange an airport lift (price depends on the number of people) but we took the train. It takes about 30minutes from the airport station to Termini station, and from the Termini station to the hotel takes only 7 minutes walking
