Small 4th and 5th floor hotel only minutes walk from Termini Station.
The location is fine with having Termini Station only a couple of minutes walk so is perfect for getting around Rome and further destinations.

The blonde hair female reception staff was friendly and helpful.
As for the room, the bed was fine. But the funny thing is that the aircon in the room were not working and the air outside was cooler than the room. So we just opened...More
The Hotel location is excellent very close to Roma Termini, Metro and tram station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room is small and neat. There is NO lobby or waiting area to relax if we reach before check in time, although, they have...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

I dom't think they offer a complimentary taxi service. We took a shuttle taxi (duration 35 minutes outside the rush hour) from the airport to the main railway station (Termini). There is also a train connection to the Termini; Leonardo Express that operates every 30 minutes. The Scott House hotel is very close to the Termini, only a couple of blocks away.
