This hotel looks better in photos than reality. I have the utmost respect for the staff though, very polite and helpful but the hotel itself is really poor. We could have found a much better place for the same amount of money we paid there...More

The hotel is accessible to train station, near the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colesseum. The building is very old, a former convent for nuns. It was pretty scary during our 1st night because of the earthquake experience.

Good location and acceptable breakfast. The water was coming from air conditioner and we asked to change the room but they didn't have another and they didn't make it right. The rooms are so simple and not beautiful. Lots of stairs
