From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everything was just perfect. We arrived on an early BA flight from London Heathrow, and obviously the room was not ready so we were given two complimentary glasses of Prosecco in the great bar /restaurant on the 7 floor. The sun was shining and so was the delightful barman. We...

Service from the get go is impeccable. Rooms are stylish and comfortable- free mini bar- coke, fanta, juice, 4 water -2 sparkling, 2 beers...then there are nuts, and biscuits to eat WOW. The breakfast is substantial as well, love how waiters also walk around offering other food selection such as cake, cheeses and Bruschetta and more. Coffee is top quality...

I recently stayed at the Artemide for two nights, from the 10th of January, to celebrate my 50th birthday with 3 friends. I booked at quite short notice, after a previous booking with another hotel fell through. I stayed at the Artemide a couple of years ago and am so glad I returned. It was as good as I remembered...

From the moment we walked through the front doors to our departure a few days later, we loved everything about this hotel. The service, check in, porters, hotel lobby staff, waiters, restaurant and breakfast attendants - the service was top class! The restaurant was impressive - 2 chefs and an amazing selection of food and wine. We were upgraded upon...

Fantastic Hotel, fabulous Junior Suite, staff extremely helpful, food superb, perfect location. Breakfast to die for, nothing was too much trouble from the porter to the hotel manager. We were treated like royalty. Just a 4 min walk to buses and Metro could not have been placed better.

Stayed with friends for three nights and cannot recommend it enough, friendly and helpful staff, great decor and amenities. The roof top bar and restaurant has fine views over to St.Peter and central Rome as well as a good selection of cocktails, not to be missed. The hotel is a short walk from the Quirinal and Trevi Fountain whilst being...

We had two adults and two children in a junior suite and we never felt cramped. The rooms were very clean and I couldn't hear any noise from other guests. There was the occasional siren from the street, but it didn't bother me at all. The bed and the sleeper sofa were both very comfortable. There is a TV for...

Me and my boyfriend stayed in Hotel Artemide for a short city break. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We were looked after, the staff are so helpful and friendly and the rooms are kept to a brilliant standard each day by the maids. So much is included, such as; a 24 hour gym, breakfast, free mini bar in the...

From the moment we entered, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff to help with check in as well as our baggage and getting us settled in. The room was great, and the bathroom and tub were fantastic! Everything was very clean and all ready for us to get comfortable in our room. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, and again,...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
