We arrived a little late for lunch but they still accommodated us. Wow what a view from this roof top restaurant. The food was delightful and desert - YUMMY! My husband said that this was the best service that he had ever had. Yes we will be back.

We had two rooms here for seven adults, which was no problem. The hotel is somewhat cobbled together from several buildings, so it made going to the rooms a bit of a challenge. The décor was a bit tired, but overall clean. We liked the patio, and made good use of it. The front desk staff was helpful. The location,...

A little charming 4 star hotel. The service is friendly and the rooms clean, but the size is not really spacious. Unbelievable is the restaurant / breakfast room on the roof with a view to the Roman Forum.

You can't beat the location but after that it's pretty much average. The view and sunset from the roof top bar is awesome. Not sure if you have to be a guest to access it though. The staff was helpful but one expects that at these prices. Our room was very cramped. If location and convenience are important consider this...

Dear Sirs, we are very happy you enjoyed the view from our roof garden, all the guest of the hotel and all the people form outside can come to admire the sunset drinking a cocktail. Sometimes when the hotel is fully booked we have to assign the intenal rooms too , and if you will come again in Rome we...

Great location, near the city sites. Clean rooms. Nice staff. The restaurant is overpriced but the food is good. When you arrive they give you a welcome drink at the restaurant, which i might add has one of the greatest view in the city. If I have to be honest the beds are really firm and not that comfortable but...

Fantastic location, but the service is abysmal, and the cleanliness not much better!! On our arrival we found some toenail clippings on the carpet and a bra on the sofa! After coming back from a restaurant we felt like a coffee only to be told by the bar man that he was too busy and when we asked the concierge...

Probably at your arrival the room we gave you wasn't ready yet and the housekeeping didn't finish to clean up. Sometimes can heppen our Roof Garden is fully booked but normally if you ask for a coffee in your room, the room service is immediatly served, for this reason we are asking to our barman what happened that evening.

This hotel is located near many major attractions and overlooks the Forum. The Colosseum is a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are large and very well maintained. A telephone and a television are in the rooms. Breakfast is included and is on a semi-open air floor. The staff is engaging and very helpful. This hotel is a big winner.

Concierge was helpful with taxis, car to airport, umbrellas. We were first in 202 & 203 as I chose wrongly on venere.com (which seems to be expedia). After they explained that we were prepaid and would be very difficult to get a refund downsizing to a single room (we are just a couple) we said upgrade us. (Memo: always book...

I stayed here when I was doing the Rome Marathon solely because it was close to the start line. My parents also stayed at this hotel and while their double room was decent (nice shower, okay view, not so small you could feel like you are actually in a room, et cetera), my single window looked out onto a bunch...

During the period of the Marathon in Rome , our hotel is always fully booked and it can happen all the external rooms are already booked and the back side rooms are less lightly. We hope you will return in our hotel and in this case we will assign you a very good room with view on the Imperial Forum.

This was my first time to Rome and while the location of the hotel is undeniably good- the service was extremely disappointing. I booked the hotel via booking.com and had read previous reviews which highlighted poor service, miserable and unhelpful staff and I had thought with so many complaints management might have done something about this before we arrived. They...

Upon your arrival, around 10.00pm, we gave immediately a beautiful suite with view on the Imperial Forum (because we saw the reservation for one night only and the Suite was available, we have decide to upgrade you).
