The hotel was recommended by family who stayed in October. It was perfect, clean, a spacious room, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great, anything you can think of, including cake !! The hotel is outside the city, so it was quiet which meant a good nights sleep. There is a bus stop close by to take you into...

Four days gone really well. Arrived without a reservation and very tired the reception staff put us at ease immediately offering us a room at a last minute price .Hotel Rooms clean and tidy, a superb view of Rome. I recommend the upper floors. The tired night we tried the restaurant we were speechless. A pasta with cheese and pepper...

When you book this hotel, you were looking for something that match to your budget. OK. That's good, but if you rate this hotel low or bad, sorry to tell you: "What a heck you do you want for $57 ...The Ritz? And I'm been polite, because I could say something not too kosher for your "ears". ;)

So we arrived at ciampino airport and jumped on the terravision bus to termini station which we had booked for 8 euro per person return from UK online. From termini we purchased metro tickets for 150 euro per person each valid for 100 minutes on metro or train and caught metro to cornaillia station. From their catch the 446 bus...

Stayed here for 2 nights in one of the upgraded rooms. Loved the style of the rooms. Lobby needs to be updated badly. All front desk staff was awesome and knew how to direct us to the city center and they even sold passes to the underground for $1.50 a trip which was nice. It does take a good 45...

The type of room that we had it was... let's say... horror. Cracks in the walls, very old furniture and dirty. Probably are better rooms but the cleaning shoud be the same. Old TV, same age with some of the touristic attraction in Rome, just 6 channels that haf bad reception. Breakfast poor and second quality, coffee good tho.

Dear Guest, we are sorry that you didn't have a good experience. The Economy rooms are not renovated and basic in furniture (that's why we offer at the cheapest price of the area) but they do not have cracks on the walls and usually perfectly cleaned. Anyway sometimes a problem could happens and if you find the room not properly...

The hotel is hard to identify, even when you are right outside in the midst of a very ordinary-looking residential neighborhood. Very non-descript exterior; parking ramp descends into a dreary underground catacomb, and the ramp itself has a grate running across it that makes a very loud and irritating noise to the guests above it, like rooms 113-115, 211-215 where...

Dear Jim, we sincerely regret that you had some problems especially with the trasportation. You were not so lucky because in your period of stay in Rome there were some strikes of metro and public buses that caused many problems to all the city and tourists. Usually you can reach downtown in 25-30 minutes in normally-crowded buses. About the nois...

First let me say this is a bargain. For the price in Rome you get a decent room, not a newly remodeled with all the best of everything. Good sized room with small shower (Europe) good pressure, nice balcony and only 3 miles to city center. Three miles in Rome does not seem far but they are as the crow...
