Great great location! Around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, surrounded by restaurants and shops. About a 10 minute walk to the Barberini Metro station. Hotel check-in was a bit unorganized. We had a weird-shaped room facing the street. Felt a little like they converted left-over space into a hotel room. We sat at the foot of the bed to...

Dear Lilian G, thank you for your feedback about your experience at the Accademia Hotel: our 3 star property is certainly blessed with an excellent location and, as you said, you have everything at hand. We are sorry you didn't feel totally comfortable with the room assigned. As you noticed, the building is ancient, therefore, roomsizes vary a lot: we...

Very nice hotel almost next door to the Trevi Fountain! Despite its situation the hotel was very quiet. Top rate location for exploring the city with everything from the Colosseum to the Pantheon within walking distance. Our "Executive" room was a little on the small side but was clean, modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the room was...

Excellent location, around the corner from Trevi Fountain. We were in a Superior Room (Room #353), and had friends staying in a Standard Room. The upgrade was worth the extra space. Bed firm, pillows soft, good water pressure, bathroom lighting fair, air conditioning cooled room adequately. Room ready upon check-in. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful. Wi-Fi not free, but did...

Excellent location, close to the the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and a short walk to the colosseum. We did not notice to much noise given the location. The room was a reasonable size and clean, with pleasant staff. We would stay here again because of the location. Breakfast was provided with a good selection.

Room is basic but very clean. Staff sorted our yours when the company disappeared. Would have light quilt and softer bed. The restaurant adjacent is beautiful and has a very talented harpist most nights.

Hotel is well located almost next to the Trevi Fountain and also within walking distance to the Spanish Steps. Hotel facilities are standard, reasonable room size with good breakfast provided. Would use the hotel again, purely for location reasons.

This small hotel was great. The room was big enough large bathroom. Very good breakfast with variety if foods. The staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating. Definitely recommend it was within walking distance of many sights, taxi stand around corner, exchange house, restaurant next door and down the street. Very good value.

I stayed in the Accademia for 3 nights. I'd booked and paid for a double room but was given a room the size of a shoebox. It doesn't matter what you book, if you're travelling solo you'll be given the smallest room available. My shoebox was indeed nicely renovated, but why the hard bed? The renovations, though tasteful, appeared unfinished...

We really like this location and the staff were very helpful will all our needs, we can't fault them, as most of them really tried. Apart from that the rooms were dated, the beds were uncomfortable and small, even though we were told they had all just been updated. The bathrooms and particularly the showers were ridiculously small, they were...

Dear Tania S, thank you for your feedback: your opinion is really important to us and we have already shared your comments with our Housekeeping and Maintenance. Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
