We stayed here just last week and loved it. The hotel is in a fantastic location, so close to the Trevi Fountain. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom in our room could use updating but it was fine, the windows are double glazed and can block the noise from the street very well. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast very much,... More

I visit Rome once a year and always use this hotel. The location is central and it can be a bit noisy but as it is right behind the Trevi Fountain that is to be expected. Last year for the first time in all the years I have stayed there, there was a mix up with my booking. Initially I... More

Perfect location right by the Trevi Fountain. I was given the smallest ever room on check in. There was no space to even place my case on the floor. The room was stifling hot and smelled of smoke. On trying to shower the door fell off. Before going out for dinner I turned on the Aircon to cool the room... More

The hotel itself is a bit dated but centrally located. The club rooms are very fresh and pretty and supernice, a bit loud from the outside, I think there is a fan or something but not the loudest I have heard, in general the location and the hotel is a 4. I cannot rate it higher than a two though... More

We stayed in a big club room which was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was very good, and the location near the Trevi fountain was ideal. Special thanks to Elena Albanese for her outstanding hospitality and for responding to all of our requests. We shall definitely return to Hotel Accademia in our next visit to Rome. Arni

The location was great, right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, but the hotel itself was just ok. The rooms are very small, beds uncomfortable and the staff less than friendly. We don't spend much time in our hotel room, we are there to see the sights, so I don't consider us to be overly picky or complainers, but... More

My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 nights in early October '16. The staff were very friendly and helpful and dealt with any request we had very promptly. The room we had was quite small, which we had expected having read other reviews, but it was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which was great for getting some rest after the... More

We stayed as two couples at this hotel at the beginning of October 2016. It is a well situated hotel near to all the main sights, a stones throw from the Trevi Fountain. We arrived from the airport into the main rail station and took the underground for two stops and the hotel was a short walk from the station.... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
