My wife and I stayed here 3 nights post-cruise. Loved the location next to Villa Borghese. It was located in a nice quiet area out of the mobs of tourists but still within walking distance of the heart of Rome. Very elegant hotel.

This hotel advertised that the rooms have air conditioning but when we got there there wasn't any air con in the rooms. The hotel tried to pretend that it was broken and then finally admitted on the last night of our stay that they don't put it on until May. The temperature outside was 24 degrees and I would consider...

I stayed here over ten years ago and was pleased to see its still a good quality hotel with improved facilities. I had a room for single occupancy which was tiny and dark, i was only staying for one night so it didn't really matter. I did have a balcony, it was nice to be able to open the door...

I attended a conference here and was surprised by the staff's good command of English. Unfortunately I fell ill- but was very pleasantly suprised by the staff driving me to a pharmacy, translating to the pharmacist and driving me back. Room Service was very supportive with my requests. The service was really fantastic. The hotel itself is a bit of...

My husband and I were part of a business group conference at this hotel the week of May 28th - May 31st. Our last night my I-Pad Mini was stolen from our luggage! This contained all my notes and photos from our meeting. When I went down to the front desk - amazingly no one could speak English! Watch your...

We stayed her for 3 nights before our recent Mediterranean cruise on Holland America. From the time we checked in until we left 3 days later, our stay couldn't have been better. The staff was attentive and eager to please. The room itself was large and comfortable. And even though the location wasn't in the "heart" of the tourist area,...

Having recently stayed at this hotel I can say that overall the quality was very good and would return if we went back to Rome. The negatives are that it is not anyway near the metro and although the breakfast is advertised as an American buffet breakfast it is not, however the breakfast is very good.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the Room,Service,Breakfast and one of the best double Pools- (indoor and outdoor) swimming and Spa's I've ever seen in a. Hotel in Europe! The location is awesome next to the beautiful Borghese Park/Museum that you walk thru every day - 5 minutes to Via Venetto street. For $225 Euros per night it is a...

We stayed at the Parco dei Principi after our cruise on Crystal Cruise. The hotel as magnificent, well appointed and great service. The room was spacious and had the old world charm with all of the modern amenities. The restuarant was very nice, great food and great service. They also have a very nice bar with a nice wine selection....

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
