Thanks for your review, we will work to improve the service. Bidet is very important in Italy, most homes and hotels have it. We fully correspond to the regional standards of 3 stars hotels.

Dear EUROtrip2017, we apologize for the issue, we will do our best to avoid it in the future. The station is at 200 metres by walk, there is no need to take a taxi to go there.
The hotel was about 400 yards from termini Station, Repubblica Metro and square which are about a 3 minute walk away. This made it perfect for our sight seeing trip around Rome.
Our room was large, clean, en suite, air conditioned (Though wasn't the strongest)....More
