This hotel has soo many issues i dont know where to start... I have to say though the location is perfect and it is in walking distance of anything you need to see. We paid 1600 euro for 4 people for 4 nights which is quite expensive and you would expect sonething more than a pansion, because this hotel in... More

A great location just 5 minutes from the Trevi fountain. We stayed in a double room at the front of the Hotel with our 2 boys in a twin room adjacent to us. Very good double glazing to minimise street noise and very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Free Wi fi very useful for looking up local restaurants and places... More

Dear Friend, thank you for your clear and very helpful review. You really draw the perfect picture of the Hotel Regno. Unfortunately we are only a 3 star hotel without an internal bar, but just next door there is a bar where you can get all sorts of drink to take away. We hope to see you again in your... More

Hotel Regno is perfect for couples (small and limited for a family room) just wanting to visit Rome. The location is central to all the major sites and the staff could not have been more helpful. Room and board are quite adequate for up to a week; the beds were clean, tidy and very comfortable, dining OK to set you... More

Excellent hotel, with very helpful staff, room a bit small but we only slept in it. Central for everything and most attractions within walking distance, 5 mins to the Trevi, 10mins to Spanish steps, 25 to Colesseum, 35 to Vatican. Nice restaurant right beside hotel up a side street about 20 seconds from front door. All in all a perfect... More

Yes, this is an absolutely fantastic hotel for its location, as you can walk to every possible tourist location which we did, the furthest being the Vatican at 40 minutes. The hotel itself is distinctly average otherwise, the rooms are okay, but the air conditioning was not switched on so it was very warm and having requested a quiet room... More

Booked this based on other reviews in TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. First the location is just great (2 minutes from Trevi, 5 minutes from the pantheon and only a little bit more from piazza Navona and piazza Venezia) we could walk anywhere and accept the train to Tivoli did not use the public transportation at all. Hotel staff are... More

The Hotel is situated on the Via da Corsa a very busy main thoroughfare through Rome. It is within 5 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain and the Plaza di Popolo. We purchased before we went bus tickets that enabled us to opt on and off of local buses and the OMNIA open topped hop on and off the bus.... More

We were upgraded without asking which was a tremendous touch. Delightful room, not noisy as it overlooked the alleyway behind the hotel. The staff were always helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Recommended.

This was a great location, walking distance to all tourist attractions. We were traveling with 9 and 14 year old boys. We booked a family room with a queen bed and two twins. There was enough space but the beds were very hard. The staff was very helpful

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
