The exterior and common areas of the hotel are beautiful, but the rooms need to be renovated. The air conditioning was an issue throughout our stay. The lowest possible A/C setting was roughly 75 degrees, so the room was fairly warm. Also, they need to...More

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is great. The rooms are big and the bathroom is fine. We were on the 6th floor and had a balcony. The elevator is slow and tiny and needs to be renovated. There is a...More

Thank you for returning to the hotel and for staying 6 nights.

Still a nice hotel with excellent large rooms, just getting a bit older. The breakfast is fantastic as with all Westin properties in Europe. The location is great, very centrally located. It is a pricey hotel.

Thank you for qualifying us “Roman Elegance
The location is wonderful (right next to the U.S. embassy, walking distance to the Spanish steps) and the building is grand. It is getting a bit run down though. The restaurant staff is not interested, but the rest of the staff are very helpful and...More

Thank you for such a nice review and for saying that the whole staff were friendly and efficient
We obviously exceeded your expectations and are very proud about this
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to
Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
