The location of the hotel is walking distance from the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. It's an ideal location and a great price for the location as well. The hotel is a bit old and outdated, but the rooms were spacious. The shower was a bit old and clogged, but manageable. The breakfast was average,...

Staff: Super nice and helpful, the hotel very close to the Vatican, shopping area, restaurants, bank, bus stops and within walking distance to the metro. I like that the main door is locked 24hrs a day and can only be accessed by front desk buzzing you in. Although it is very safe to walk around the neighborhood even late at...

It is near the Vatican and it was convenient. The bathroom was big but only had a shower. The room was not as clean and elegant as other hotels. The breakfast was limited (boiled eggs, ham, regular bread, corn flakes...). It has a good balance between price and location and it is near lota of shops of good brands like...

Stayed here 4 nights. I was impressed with the modern amenities and space of the room plus friendly staff. There's room for improvement in the breakfast. Nonetheless the hotel is centrally located within walking distance of major historic locations and the area is safe.

I stayed here for 3 nights. After reading reviews I was quite nervous but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was in a fantastic location, very quiet & comfortable. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast good. Overall a very pleasant stay, I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a larger tour group visiting holy sites in and around Rome. The hotel lobby is a bit small and can be cramped if many people are waiting to check in or out all at once. The reception staff that we dealt with were very nice and welcoming, and spoke good English. There...

I went to this hotel with a group of 28 people. The hotel was in a great location, not far from the Vatican. Just staying in Rome in a very old building added to the experience for me. The room was ok, it was very clean. The elevator was very slow so I used the stairs every time. Breakfast was...

Why do they have cold, boiled eggs next to the egg boiler? Would be nice to get a raw egg and boil it yourself instead of eating a cold, hardboiled egg with green yolk. The salami was old and uneatable and a couple of days we were only served old bread. The coffee was really not good, no taste of...

Although we were not with a good tour we had a great room. It is not easy to walk to restaurants, but we had a good time. We ate there for breakfast which was fine. Beware of some of the tour companies. Book on your own.

We had a family room and it was very nice. We had a great breakfast. There was a lot to choose from on the buffet line. The hostess was very friendly and helped us get our air plane tickets for the next day. It was only 10 minutes from the vatican.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
