Myself and my boyfriend (both in our 20s) stayed here in May for our 5 day stay. We are Irish and live at home in Dublin. I booked with a travel agent and said I wanted somewhere near the city centre and somewhere clean to sleep at night. I was told about Hotel Nova Domus and did my usual trip...

The room needs more than a little work to even make it half decent. The air con did not work and we were told "too bad, that's the way it is" by the Reception. We were provided with a fan though but it was very little help. The room had a musty smell and the other furniture was quite old....

Broken Ac, bed felt like sleeping on springs, very dirty, carpet was very worn and dirty. Restaurant was a disappointment for breakfast. I highly recommend not staying there. We had a group of 100 people and the majority had same complaints. Very dissatisfied

Our room has a good view of the basilica, but it's very warm and very small, enough for two guys to sleep kind of comfortably, but it is still a very okay hotel, very close to the Vatican, that's a plus, but other than that try to look for a different hotel, also great sushi restaurant right in front of...

Hotel position and breakfast was good. Rooms need some attention. We reported a loose toilet seat, broken shower door, curtains hanging down and sink plug broken. Only toilet seat was rectified. Also annoyed that we asked to book a table in the restaurant on day of arrival and was told reservation not necessary. When we later went to the restaurant...

Nice hotel, perfect for our purposes. Close to vatican city and metro station. The school beside the hotel is a little noisy during the day but it's a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for take a rest after long walks in Rome. The breakfast was diverse and plenty. It's rated 4 stars. In spain it deserves 3... Even though it's a good...

We booked this hotel on Hotwire and after reading all the reviews were terrified to come here. Upon checking in it was way better than expected. The rooms are a good size and clean. Beds not the most comfortable but not bad. Hotel staff were pretty nice. Good location, we were able to train everywhere from our hotel since it...

We arrived early, we were tired and we had a 22 months old child . Just imagine how exhausted you would be after a trip crossing Palestine , Israel and Jordan to go to Rome! Almost sleepless. So, the receptionist, who was courteous, told us that we were early for check in! Oh no! He said that we could not...

Only good think about the hotel is the lication, very close to the vatican city. However; the hotel is very out dated. Carpets, hallways and bathrooms are dirty. The breakfast was mediocre, cold and bad food. This hotel suffer a lack of management.
